Sweater is worked top-down and in-the-round.
Yarn is held single throughout, using one strand of each color, but it can be used just one color to if you like. Short rows are used to raise the front of the hi-low hem. After the raglan increases are complete, the sweater is divided at the underarm. Body is completed, then the sleeves, then the neck. For an extra stretchy bind off, it is recommended to use a needle size 1-2 sizes bigger than the Smaller Needle.
